Unlike planar NAND memory, the 3D NAND flash features memory cells stacked vertically on multiple levels. 3D NAND overcomes the density limits of 2D planar NAND and offers a higher level of performance and endurance.

Taking full advantage of the SATA III 6Gb / s interface and integrated SLC caching technology, Transcend's SSD230S achieves exceptional transfer rates of up to 560 MB / s read and 520 MB / s write.
